Sunday we went to Cornwall to visit the city of Tintagel. This is where King Arthur's castle used to be. On the way there we had to grab a Taxi from the train station to the city. While we were on our way through the narrow winding streets we were suddenly stopped by a herd of cows. There was a herder trying to get a huge group of cows from one place to another. But the funny part was that they would not move. They just sat there starring ahead. We eneded up haivng to turn the car off and wait until the herder finally got them to move. We could not believe what was happening, what a random thing to witness.
At the castle there were only a few remains that are still standing .... but wow what a view. We walked up about a million really steep stairs to the top of this hill that overlooked the ocean. It was a beautiful day out. Then after we hiked all the way up to the top we went down to the bottom by the shore. This is where we climbed up the stones and went into Merlin Cave, well just a little bit. Afterwards we grabbed lunch at a local pub and came back. It was one of the coolest places I have ever been, and the vew was breathtaking.

Amy,
Have enjoyed following your travels in England. Sounds like you are learning a lot along with all your travels. The cow thing on the roads happened to us in Ireland and they look at you like what are you doing on my road. Sorry I missed your call before you left, we had already left for vacation
